Bellaire Real Estate Bellaire, Texas is a city in Harris County, Texas. The city is completely surrounded by the cities of Houston and West University Place. Bellaire is the 27th wealthiest location in Texas by per capita income. The city is well-known for its World Series Little League baseball team and for their excellent high school baseball team, which has several former or current Major League Baseball players. As of the 2000 census Bellaire is home to 15,642 people and several parks including the Bellaire Zindler Park, Locust Park, and the Russ Pitman Park. Bellaire is known as the "City of Homes" which explains the cities' residential makeup.
